Anna Silk is a Fredericton native, the daughter Peter Silk, who was an academic. The mother of her, Ilkay Silk, had many skills, such as being able perform, direct and produce plays, as well as write them as well as teach and serve as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Anna Silk's father was British, and her mother, is a Turkish Cypriot English expat. She remembers watching her mother work at play rehearsals. Anna appeared in several advertisements as a kid. Anna was able to move to Toronto, Ontario, in order to pursue acting. Over the years which followed, she made the move into Los Angeles. Seth Cooperman was introduced to Anna in Los Angeles at an acting workshop in 2007. They got engaged in 2009. Anna became a Jew in 2011 after converting to Judaism. They were wed in a civil ceremony in December that year and then renewed their vows at the Jewish ceremony in Fredericton on April 11, 2011. Bo's relationship with a sex partner, together with Lauren (played Zoie Palermo), was listed in CNN as one of the all-time favorites Television Couples. E! named the couple "the top TV Couple" of 2013. Entertainment Television. Anna's popularity on social media was boosted by the series.
